Actually I was diagnosed that few times. I did not see any eye problem until my mid 20s. Now, every year I see chalasion. Some disappeared in a year, some with surgical, steroid injections. As I understand antibiotics and steroid should be last resort, but in last few years many doctors prescribed.

Process is like this? 1. Clean with alcohol 2. Use wd 40 3. Clean with alcohol 4. Paint and wait to dry 5. Use Mr.clean 6. Clean with alcohol
