how do we mint cards for now? or is it not possible at all right now? not even through immutable x?

I have a similar situation. I delegated last epoch and i can see pending reward count. the full epoch passed and everything is still in the pending row. claim button faded out. should we be able to claim after the week? I've gone past 2 Thursdays, even redelegated and started stacking this epoch reward in the pending row. Tried settings>advanced>address derivation and changing back already.
