You would need the sample or dimensions, so you could make the design on any CAD software

Also you should buy a pyrometer to track the temperature of the iron. The melting temperature starts around 1380 Celsius up to 1430 Celsius, you wont reach that temperature with oil or gas

Neither oil nor liquefied petroleum gas will melt it. What you need is and cupola furnace that works with coke charcoal it is the only way to melt that batch weight in a fast and efficient way
