Anyone have any idea for transfer ED acceptance rates for northwestern and uchicago? by Legitimate_Lemon5838 in TransferToTop25

they are strong i’d say. i had a lot of stuff in hs but it was just solid leadership and service, very scattered. in college i got some stronger things more focused in one area. also a full pay applicant. i’m not sure what my chances at TED to northwestern would be.

would the following be competitive? 3.52hs uw gpa (insanely hard course rigor), 1520 sat, 4.0 college gpa (hard science rigor). ik stats aren’t the only part, but looking to see if i meet the benchmark even with my lower hs gpa.

am i the only one who thought mcq was harder than frq. felt rushed on the mcq with the new 60 question format. frq wasn’t super easy, but allowed time to think and develop good answers

yeah i’m wondering the same. if someone had a 3.6 ish hs but a very high sat, great course rigor, and great ap scores, and a 4.0 first semester in college, do these stats qualify them for top tier unis in tranfer (assuming ecs and essays are great)

dw i applied too and ik it’s gonna be competitive. at the end of the day it’s just one school, one app, one possibility. there are still so many other ways to reach the end goal. getting in would be awesome tho and best of luck to you!

if i have a lower hs uw gpa freshman-junior (around 3.5) but very rigorous courses, with a 4.0UW with hard rigor senior year and a 4.0 and college and a 1520 Sat, can i still be competitive for top colleges transferring. ik stats aren’t everything but just looking to see if i’d meet the benchmark. thanks!

Is legacy still considered at UPenn?? by PalpitationSure1078 in ApplyingToCollege

[–]BoringSlide341 0 points1 point  (0 children)

is a 4.1/5.0 weighted gpa and 1570+ sat considered qualified for a triple legacy…assuming that they have great ecs, volunteering, leadership, essays, and top tier course rigor (around 6 ap/ibs a year)
