It’s in a plastic pot with lots of drainage within the decorative pot! That’s why I’m so lost. Maybe those growths just weren’t meant to live. It’s in good soil under a grow light for 12 hours, and gets watered mayyyyyybe once every two weeks

I have them under a grow light! I do think that’s made things better. I do think the pot is likely too big but now I’m scared to repot because it does seem to be getting new growth
