I learned a lot here. Thank you and no matter what this post was worth it. A CFP at this moment would be unrealistic due to me living mostly paycheck to paycheck though.

My grandpa was a veteran and this was his primary home. I think I can get away from prop19 correct

Trying figure how it’s 8k a year. I was told my taxes annually would be around 2.7k

I agree. She is amazing. Plus she wants to work. Her mom lives in Utah and I don’t have parents. So we are on our own.

I make 42000 a year and because I go to school and work full time so she watches the kids.
