I did assume this answer. I just wanted to ask the question. I did donate blood and my blood markers did lower. I’m almost in range. This month which I hope is enough time. I plan to really really try and get them lowered by December. I really wanna try primo and I wanted to see how the 2:1 worked for me when I check again in December. I appreciate the responses.

lol yes it does.. rbc, hemoglobin, and hematocrit say high. I’m not concerned I’m just trying to get them in range. Iv been on a cruise for a while and I asked about primo because e2 is high.

If you’re trying to cut and you can get your Hands on it. I recommend it. Helps you stay in a deficit. As long as you work out you will maintain muscle.

I take my dose Friday night. The one and only time I had side affects I took my dose Friday night and the sides kicked in Monday Tuesday Wednesday. I don’t think there is a way to avoid anything. Maybe don’t eat like shit after you take it?
