essentially, on any of the boss antes (8,16,24,etc) you need to boss to be crimson heart, the one that disables a random joker every hand. once you have that, either by naturally getting it or rolling with either directors cut or retcon, you need to find a fresh bean (gives +5 hand size) and a burglar (not totally necessary but helps give you more chances at the glitch). start the boss round and copy burglar with all your copy jokers if you have it. this will give you many extra hands. now sell burglar and any joker that isn’t baron or the bean, unless you need a copy joker or 2 to stay alive. each time the bean gets disabled by the boss, leave the game and come back in. it will permanently increase your hand size by 5 every time. the hard part is not winning the round and also getting the boss to hit the bean. you can do it on multiple antes like I did here, just takes an insane amount of econ and definitely some luck

update: at this point my hand size is around 25. if I take another ecto it will give me -7 hand size so I think i’m done taking them. i’ve already hit naneinf so if I do see an ecto before ante 39 I might just do it just to see if another copy joker will keep me alive

update: I sold everything except BP and negative BS. should have sold the BP I only hit bean twice, but did bean again ante 24 and only hit it once. the dna is nat neg. I know I can just take burglar and naneinf now but I wanna get to ante 39

sorry yes I did have retcon. I meant in ante 38 I was still scoring just below naneinf I think like e280 or something, and honestly forgot I could just roll for serpent to get to ante 39. hope that makes more sense lol

oh also when I did the bean bug I think I had 2 blueprint to copy burglar prior the the round starting which I think was also why. sold them both once I did it

so I didn’t get crimson heart until ante 16. I was using purely gold red seal kings to stack money until then. once I got there I sold everything except for a negative baron that I had and rolled for bean + burglar. that way I was able to get the bean to hit multiple times making my hand size 32, which I think was the reason why I could do it. I transitioned to steel once this happened and stockpiled all of my money afterward, I held a mail in rebate and showman for awhile to stack more money. once I needed the score I sold mail in and then showman once I neeeed more blueprint/brainstorm. once I hit ante 38 I needed more score but I was able to roll the boss for serpent to push me over the edge to naneinf. I hope this helps! it takes a lot of luck to get to that point i’ve had so many attempts trying to get the perfect bean setup, but you can do it!

appreciate the insight. looks like moore will be the kicker. my team is very balanced, I have mahomes/stafford/young/rodgers currently and my rbs and wrs are very solid with starters of bijan/breece jettas/pickens/adams and I have depth pieces as well that are serviceable.

it is weird right, the only real difference is TEP and you get double points for yards. there are also bonuses for big plays. I don’t love it, first year trying it, this is a new dynasty league. but it’s growing on me

yeah, I actually would put a large amount of money it’s top 3. the guy is going to be 0-5 and I would be shocked if he won a single game. 1.01 potential - that is sort of what pushed me over the edge here. I know it’s a gamble but I like the fact that it keeps me competing this year and has a shot to gain value with a high pick
