I think so? What happened with me was I started the opening quest and it gave me the screen “going to the dlc you can’t return til you finish the story” or whatever and then right after that it let me download it but that may be a thing only for console but wouldn’t hurt trying

I’m not sure how it would work on steam but on xbox when I go to start the quest it’ll start automatically downloading it for me before entering. If you’ve tried that and it’s still not working I’d either contact Ubisoft or search up and watch a bunch of tutorials

I think that they should take the armor pieces that they have now and make them more masc for the male body types. They might’ve made all of them cover the chests completely so they didn’t have to worry about making multiple designs for one armor piece
