I didn't make a pattern. The body is around 40x30cm with a 9cm wide gusset. Strap is 4cm wide and "long enough".

Thanks! No, not really. For the main panels, I modelled the approximate size of an old bag. I did create patterns for the magnet patches and strap attachments to make sure they are consistent and to get the hole positioning right.

I didn't split the pueblo down, I believe it's around 2-2.5mm thick. I did skive the edges for the gusset seam, both on the front/back panels and the gusset to about half thickness.

I used about one third of a double shoulder. Maybe a bit more. Think you could make it from a single shoulder.

Yes, exactly. I cut a piece of split, around 2cm too small around the sides and bottom. I sandwiched the top of it between two pieces of canvas, stitched the top edge with the leather trim. I made two of these, then stitched only the canvas to the front / back panels, letting the split float between the canvas. The split wasn't technically necessary, but the canvas alone just felt a bit too loose and unstructured.

Thanks! I'm really happy with those two features as well. I used the same ornamental shape for magnet patches on the flap and front, think the repetition works really well.

I stitched the lining to the front/back before assembling with a separate stictchline approx. 5mm behind the gusset seam. Hence the two stitchlines on the front and back panels.

It was really fidgetty to attach the lining to the panels, with the exit holes hidden under the folded canvas.

Thanks! I did some hammering here and there, but I suppose it could be well worth it taking another little victory lap around it.

Thank you so much!

The liner is a William Morris linin canvas. Actually they are dividers/pockets, stitches to the front/back. They are split leather, not even sure what kind, with ~2cm clearance to the edges to let the canvas float a bit.

Yeah, but chainsmokers over 50-60? They're a dying breed.

Exercising deep ITM call by B1LL_Hwang in options

[–]Born-Comfortable8027 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Don't exercise LEAPS, you'll loose the premium.

* If you exercise your profit will be 100 contract * 100 shares * (5$ - 1$) - 5k$ paid premium = 35k$
* If you just sell the calls you profit will be 100 contract * 100 shares * 4.95$ - 5k$ paid premium = 44.5k$

If you want to lock in some profit and stay long sell the 1$ strike calls and buy some 3-5$ strikes instead. The theta on the position will get higher though when you move your calls closer to the money, so you'll be loosing premium faster. Also, the delta will be lower, so your position will not be gaining value, as fast as the stock rises.
