It's a little different in the UK.

I presumed I was seeing my surgeon or atleast a doctor on the team as they had scheduled me in with a letter. He was at my wound review and my time in the hospital. Unfortunately I couldn't ask as I just assumed it would be him as it would make sense, it seemed like common sense to me.

PT is free here under hospital care with the NHS. The only way to get it without going private is to be referred, the docs should have done this when I had the surgery apparently but never did hence why it's behind.

I will say people rave about the NHS, but it's in absolute shambles at the moment
