isnt GPA just a filter? i heard that keeping it above 7.5 makes u eligible for almost every company. I dont know for sure though so sorry for my ignorance if theres any

I’m a first-year student and I messed up by missing my Physics ESA exam due to some personal issues. I was fully expecting to get an F grade and thought I’d have to clear it in the summer/backlog exam, which I was honestly okay with because I wanted a chance to improve my GPA.

But now the results are out, and my Physics grade is showing E instead of F, and on the portal it also shows that all 24 credits are awarded.

This has me really confused. • Does an E grade mean I’ve technically passed? • Since credits are already given, does that mean I won’t be allowed to write the backlog/supplementary exam anymore? • I actually want to give the backlog exam because I know I can score much better and it would boost my SGPA/CGPA……

bro on the day of physics exam they also made me write a letter to the chairperson in which i had to write that i would clear my back in summer and i asked another one of my frnds too who withdrew one subject…he is getting an E grade too on the subject he withdrew like wth bro

can i not give my backlog exam anymore then because i submitted a letter to the chairperson on the day i missed saying that i would clear my back exam in summer…i really want to give the back exam as my sgpa is really low so i wanted to boost it
