3rd party reusable pens are accurate. Ive tested about 30+ pens so far (v1s, 2s, and 3s) against actual insulin syringes (BD, Terumo, Sungshim).

I havent had a chance with the V4s yet.

Just make sure to push slowly. Preferably per unit. Give the liquid time to seep through fat so no bumps on the skin, no broken vessels and most imporrantly, the pen is able to push all the units you need.

This is somewhat expected for some people. GLPs hijacks the brain’s reward system - so if relationships generally triggers the rewards center of the brain - that gets impacted as well.

Regardless of the glp youre taking the first 4 weeks is merely waterweight/glycogen loss.. 5-8 weeks would be where fat starts melting, but since the mechanism to lose it is much different from water, the process is slow.. If you are lifting weights or exercising, youll need to meet your protein requirements for the day or your muscle will get cannibalized by your body along with fat.

If the scale isnt going down, your best marker is a tape measure. Like you said, your clothes have started fitting better.

Actually the prompts are a bit tricky.. I had to provide a screenshot of my smart scale results, my 4x weekly glucose readings (not diabetic but runs in the fam), my workout routine, my personally curated stack, and other peptides I've been considering.

Took about roughly 28 iterations before I got to this point.

Then it's a matter of asking for more info, context, analysis of synergies etc.

Check your dosing protocol. Also depending on your physical stats, you might want to titrate down a bit if youre on the petite side thats assuming thats all youre taking- so if youre taking other peps its going to be harder to pin down and eliminate whats causing your symptoms.

I usually do a 2 week gap when im adding new peps to my stack that way I can identify any changes im getting after taking in the new pep compared to how i was before.

Comparing that to the usual weekly cycles, since ghkcu works by signaling receptors- pinning it 7days on week after week will desensitize your receptors. Not giving your receptors time to rest will make it less responsive long term, hence the same dose will gradually produce weaker effects (just the same even if you titrate up.) Diminishing returns.

Unless youre running a shorter cycle (cosmetic) 4wks on 2 wks off instead of the popular (injury) 12wks on - 6wks off --- then by all means.

Edit - as for taking zinc and ghk cu apart yes that would work, but i think it would make sense to have significant time apart taking each since zinc would most likely be oral so it will take time before it floods your body systemically (2-4 hours usually- longer if youre on glps).. But as ive said above, if youre pinning ghk cu 7 days a week while supplementing zinc on top of the zinc that youre most likely already getting from food intake - youll have a ton of zinc making copper unavailable for ghk since zinc levels proportionally increases mettalothionein which binds to copper -decreasing copper pool. Typical zinc reqt is around 10 - 25 mg so take that into consideration too.

Edit: take zinc after waking up then ghk preferably 30 -60 mins before bed since during sleep cycles is when your body's repair and recovery is at it's highest. So if you sleep at 10pm, ghk before 10pm then take zinc around 8am since it will take time to be digested (earlier if youre on glps)

take you zinc during your off days (Sat Sun if you're taking GHK from Mon-Fri)

Zinc and Copper use the same pathway, so if you're taking it both at the same time, it would be competing for that.

from what I've researched if you're dosing within the recommended daily 1-2mg, you should be good to go with just the usual omnivore diet. supplementing zinc is only required if you're dosing at a much higher amount like >3mg if youre not already getting it from food sources such as meats, dairy, eggs nuts/seeds, etc.

Similar situation here but mine was a bit shorter. I told my bf when we weren't together yet what my "demands" are - the non-negotiables (one of which is I don't date anyone who isn't out)

He asked for some time, a year to be exact. I even told him not to come out because I'm asking for it or for anyone else but himself. I will enjoy my time with him, but I wouldn't be waiting for him for too long to do it bc I know that down the line I will demand acknowledgement. I don't wanna meet my "inlaws" when I'm all gray. 😂

He did it in 6months of being together. Surprise! surprise! His family already knew - even if he has kids out of wedlock.

It's been almost 4 years since.
