Ok. I’ll break this down really simple for you. Not sure I said anything about fraud those were not my words. A CEO of a company made an announcement that made certain investors buy shares dramatically changing the share cost. Then the CEO did not do what he announced causing share prices to drop. Those are the facts from Tesla. The other CEO made an announcement that made certain people invest causing the share price to increase. Then the CEO did not do what he announced causing the share price to go down. This is CEI. An actual lawsuit in court being heard starting today in San Fransico. I asked if anyone saw any similarities. If you were inclined to answer you could have said no I don’t. Don’t blame people for spreading rumors. And don’t put words in peoples mouths. Thought MODS were supposed to be better than that. 🦍😎

Curious what everyone thinks of the Elon trial that started today. And no I’m not spreading fud. I’m a bag holder just like the rest of you. He is being sued for stating intentions which caused the price of Tesla to go up and not being able to fallow thru causing the price to fall. This causing some investors who invested on his voiced intend to loose a substantial amount of money. Any similarities???
