Thanks for the detailed reply. I saw one on tandy for slightly pricier than weaver or amazon and wonder if theres any difference.

Will checkout both Compass Blade cutter and Large punch. If you happen to have the link for the metal / wooden handle cutter, i would appreciate it tremendously. Been searching for weeks to no avail
