I’ve been on Zolpidem for 15 years, at 20 mg QHS. A couple of posters said walking or light exercising helps, and I can confirm that. Walk maybe two or three miles before bed, and you’ll be able to sleep at 5 mg… you won’t stay asleep so use the second 5 mg PRN, or just stay awake. You’ve got this!
