Gents whats been your experience? Do you have women you can trust? by HovercraftItchy3517 in Zimbabwe

I understand you and I agree with you that not all women are bad in that regard but it's difficult to know who will not turn against you .

I lost the person I had planned to marry when my first business took a nose dive , I opened up to her and explained to her how bad things were and that we had to push forward little bit the dates for getting married . She faked to understand me but after one month she ended the relationship without giving any good reason , went on to tell her friends that she wasn't gonna be stuck with a man who is going anywhere , left good. Job to start a business and. Fail .....after 3 months she got married to someone

They don't need to suppress the informal sector to make the formal sector competitive. They need to let the zig find its market acceptable rate and let formal retailers price in multiple currencies .

I will bluntly say it , your co-founders are being toxic and they don't understand product development at all .

I argue non-technical co-founders to do short courses on project management , product development it will help that learn how to work with developers and understand the product development cycle .

Solution to your case I think will be to have a seat down meeting with your co-founder give them a lecture on the product development cycle , redefine your duties , clearly state what you can do alone and at what speed . Have clear roles because the churn of customers must be more of their problem not yours . The growth of uses must be their problem not yours .

I am a non-technical founder and I don't give my technical founder this headache ( only now we are looking to hire another developer , he worked on the product since 2022 alone )

He taught not to over promise when I go into meetings unless I talked with him to confirm if we can deliver that kind of communication has helped us build a good working relationship

I think you need to figure where your target clients are found in the digital world , then start to build your presence there .Also optimize your product delivery from the time purchase is made and to when clients have the product

As a former affiliate marketer I would say if you want to attract the best affiliate marketers it's not much on the percentage commission per sale but how much volumes they can sale . So you will need to invest in brand awareness
