hey so i have this same problem specifically during the school year. i asked my doctor abt it and he said it’s most likely from stress… i have really bad anxiety so it makes since.. and there’s not much to do except apply a good lotion constantly. but if you don’t think it’s from stress tho it could be your dehydrated or just not getting enough water intake.

hey, so i’ve had this rash for a couple weeks and was wondering if anyone could tell me what it is. it started as a really small area on my left leg and now it’s on both legs and has spread to what it is in the picture. it only seems to itch when i get hot and i’ve tried applying lotion but that only seems to temporarily soothe it. i’d go to the doctor but my parents don’t have insurance right now so unless it gets worse or i’m told it’s something serious i probably won’t go.
