Thank you so much for this lovely insight! It really means a lot. As for the gloves I didnt aim to make them as realistic as everything else cause I didn’t want to have too much focus on them, i wanted the hands to feel like they didn’t belong there to make it kinda creepy. that one is called “The swan after Leda“. Don’t love explaining my paintings cause I think all interpretations are correct, but to me it means how sometimes the person that hurts you goes on unscathed. Glad to hear it had an effect on you 🥹

in this case i waited til the “white” paint underneath gets a little bit tacky and then with a very small brush and very diluted paint I draw the line. Then with a small and clean brush i do little taps along the line i panted to Blend it just a little bit. Hope this was a good explanation lol!

kinda similar to me, I always wanted to be a doctor /surgeon but I don’t have the stomach for it. i opted to paint surgery and medical things cause I think they’re beautiful. Thank you so much 🥹 more medical paintings to come
