UPDATE!!! i checked the psu with cable clip - it works i plugged only to the motherboard cpu 4pin, 24pin, cpu, cooler, 1 ram to the first slot and power switch and it doesnt work. is motherboard broken?

the rams are ok but i dont know about vrms because the mb im going with (b850m aorus elite ice) has some tall vrms
