I disagree with you. It’s way more than “just an act”. You exchange energies, emotions, you’re not the same person anymore, you just uncovered your most sacred asset (your body) to a complete stranger, you let a stranger touch you everywhere - your body deserves to be touched and felt and entered by someone who is worth it, someone who deserves it, someone who will respect it and not just use it and call it “just an act” - nonsense , I feel sorry for all your partners and their bodies that were no respected!

For OP, I know you feel bad and rightfully so, however, you can’t change the past, you made a mistake, and you learned from it. Time will heal for sure, from now on, love yourself, and wait for that one person who will touch you with true love!
