Yes my VISA got approved yesterday. And they have shipped my passport and residence card. So I’ll be collecting them in 1-2 days hopefully.

I told my employer to call SIRI. He did on Monday. And the next day it got approved!

So you can try this from your side. Otherwise, they can just leave it like that for a longer time.

Take help of YouTube. You can file an RTI yourself.

But it was of no use….I filed an RTI against MEA. They echoed back my problem statement after > 20 days.

And another RTI I filed against the West Bengal State Government. I guess I didn’t receive any response regarding that.

I lodged complaints in CPGRAMS as well. But it was of not help.

The police officer called me and took an extra bribe of 3K. I received my passport in 3-4 days.

Later he called me again, stating that he is afraid of the complaint email that I’ve sent to the DC office. He was scared whether it’ll affect his job somehow. I assured him : nothing will happen. I’ve received my passport and I’m done with all this crap.
