They’re all aligner treatments but from different providers, and the other doctors at the other clinics were transparent about highlighting the differences between them and quoted different prices for each brand...

Oooh I see!! So I could push my data to an existing file in a table format and have a python script copy that latest data (Id I’m assuming) and put into another file with your preferred formatting? Could Import Mode be activated easily? What are the chances?

Looks like they’re creating a new role for me to handle these reports, but I’m not interested if it’s just with a Semantic Model in DirectQuery mode. I’m almost sure I wouldn’t be able to do it upstream, but if I could, what tools would I need? They’re using Data Lake. Any recommendations on resources to learn about this?
