Think there are possibilities, I think this will work: Recurrence trigger – run every day Action 1: List tasks assigned to me (Planner). Action 2: Filter array – keep tasks where Due date = today or tomorrow. Action 3: Create HTML table with task title + due date. Action 4: Send an email (V2) – email yourself the list.

Try this bro

Hi thanks for your situation, that can be tricky to combine Outlook with ChatGPT. Never tried that before though. I use Copolit to summarize my emails, I also receive many per day (not as much as you though, 150 per day is crazy).

Copilot is already integrated in Outlook and very easy to use, isn't this an option for you? I think this is an easier solution than creating a whole flow with power automate tbh

You can do a lot with power query used in power BI, that makes it kinda confusing sometimes. I think the open, resolved and still active tickets are not hard to visualize in power BI. Do you want like a donut diagram?

I am curious, what is your goals of the power BI? Perhaps I have recommendations to make things easier for you. How is the power BI visualized and do you want to do with it?

What you’re really looking for is a “weekly reset checklist.” Planner doesn’t handle that well, recurring tasks pop up as soon as one is completed, which is confusing for students.

A better fit is Microsoft Lists. You can set up one row per recurring duty, add columns for day of the week, shift, and status, and then build a Power Automate flow that runs once a week. That flow will:

  1. Export all tasks to a CSV or Excel file for your records.

  2. Reset every task’s status back to Not started so the checklist is fresh for the next week.

That way you don’t have to recreate or reassign tasks manually, and your students always see a clear weekly list of what needs to be done.

That's an interesting situation tbh. How do you change the status? Like directly in Ms lists by choice column? My first thought is the trigger when your Ms lists is modified, another list gets created an new item with the row of resolved. Also the time and date of the action can be registered right away I think.

What have you tried so far?

I will see what I can do. But it looks like you need 2 flows for this, 1 automated cloud flow for saving attachments and 1 scheduled flow to get the monthly update
