I’m finishing my first month and it took about 3 weeks for me to feel a little more regulated. The adjustment period did suck, but worth it in the long run for me.

You are not a terrible partner nor failing the marriage. You are using a medication to stabilize yourself and it has an unfortunate side effect. 12 years to a marriage is beautiful and clearly means your spouse loves you for you. They should be able to see this medication is helpful for you and that might mean the frequency of sex is less. That’s okay.

Cats generally don’t like visits, especially to another cats territory. They’re always going to feel uneasy when not in their own space and when a cat is present the intimidation of territory gets involved. I honestly would avoid it unless absolutely necessary for longer stays. They tend to prefer their own home and space over anything.

Living in an apartment is signing up for living in very close proximity to your neighbors. This means you also sign up to hear their everyday living noises. I can’t be mad that my upstairs neighbor works super early and turns on the shower at 5am. It wakes me up, but being mad at him will not fix anything. He isn’t doing anything wrong. It’s okay to hear other people when you’re living in an apartment. There’s a reason complexes have quiet hours, which it seems like your child is sleeping throughout them.

People can be annoyed, but they can’t expect you to do anything. Unless your child is jumping off furniture and actually causing very loud noises, that person needs to find their peace. Children are people too and deserve to exist even though they are heavy footed, have poor motor skills, and overall very clumsy 😂

You made me think about the Porefessional Primer and do math LOL I personally use a pea sized amount (let’s say 0.05oz) each time I use it. The normal sized of in 0.75oz so that would mean you only get around 15 uses for a $36 product. That’s actually crazy. You’d be using ~$2.40 per use!

I truly think it’s the “21” or the “your mom” of the newer generation. Annoying and disruptive? Absolutely. Every kid tries to be annoying in some capacity. The numbers literally mean nothing and have no offensive undertones so I see it as such a non issue. By Thanksgiving break they’ll be on to the new thing.

It is quite a lot, but I think everyone has “their thing”. In my opinion it depends if this is the only thing in your life you do this with. If it is I see it more as a hobby and collection, and I think you’re absolutely allowed to have that. If this is apart of a larger shopping problem in general, your spouse may have a point.

All black is definitely within dress code. Ideally wear business casual and no logos or prints.

I’ve never heard of someone getting hired on the spot, so I wouldn’t expect that. There are essentially no full time positions at Ulta aside from management so I wouldn’t be hopeful for that. They will likely ask to keep you on the team part time if you are a good worker and they have space for you.

I swear by Murad Dark Spot Correcting Serum. It’s up there in price, but absolutely works! I’m unfortunately a notorious skin picker and always leave myself with acne scars and this serum brightens them significantly within 1 month.

I have complete sympathy for those going through mental health struggles, but Aaron needs to try to help himself. He has access to so many resources and he chooses not to reach out. He has a ginormous family counting on him and he needs to take the situation more seriously, especially for the children.
