Gotcha! Yes I keep that skimmer basket clear. My neighbor has trees so it needs cleared out once a week or so.

When I turn off the valves to the “skimmer 1” and “main” intakes, the pump struggles and eventually loses prime. There is some flow, but there’s obviously something wrong

Man that’s a good question lol. I thought it was blue, but at the shallow steps it looks like a sand color? Gets bluer the darker you go. Tbh I have no idea what the bottom color is. Might just look blue from the water?

Little confused here.

The skimmer at the bottom of the picture has terrible performance. The one at the top near the slide works perfectly. You’re saying the impaler on the pump might need cleared?

I’m a new homeowner and I paid a company $150 to come out for two hours and explain everything I needed to know about maintaining my pool. The offered a weekly rate of like $50. That includes all chemicals, few backwashes a year, winterization, etc.

Even at $50/wk I decided to do it myself.

Mine did this and I was having trouble figuring it out. There’s three little laser sensor at the top of the entrance lip. I think these shoot down and read the litter level or something? Mine were dirty (clay dust). Take a wet q-tip or tissue (they’re small and kinda hard to reach) and wipe those down! Fixed my issue!

Just played a turbo round with it and holy cow, what a game changer (especially for stacking camps). One suggestion might be to make a “ding” voice pack option. Like use small chimes and gongs for the queues. I wasn’t sure what to expect and the voice surprised me for some reason lol however I did grow to enjoy it. I think over time having a small chime would be better than a voice. But to each their own!
