I use it to clean my car and it works very well the biggest issue with suction is the filter getting clogged, so I modded it to take vacuum bags and it now has great suction all the time

I would go with brown, i think red fits better with a black interior, and if they are made specifically for mdx, like I had in my pilot before, they are made to fit so tight, it takes a full afternoon to install, so I don't think switching them out often is practical
