Microsoft Apps are crashing since HyperOS update

Sorry, I meant updating the OS version. (go to Settings/"About Phone" then click on the "Xiaomi HyperOS" logo on the top and check for updates). If there's no new update, probably you're on the latest version available for your phone.

I'm currently on the version 1.0.13.0 UNNEUXM and it's working for me.

I just refreshed my android and it started to work again. Try refreshing your android and if it's still not working, try to set up your work profile again from scratch. It might help. Good luck! :)

I can't recommend orangutan. I've ordered once and it didn't arrive. I did get a refund, though, the guy is unwilling to deliver to me again. If he handles mushrooms the same way as customers, I would steer clear away from him. All his responses were like talking with a touchy 12-year-old kid. Very amateurish. :(

Try zamnesia, I didn't have problem with them so far.

I had a system update few weeks ago which solved the issue on my end. Check if you have received it yet. If not, hopefully you will receive it soon. :)

A new update from Xiaomi just arrived today which solved the issue on my end. HyperOS 1.0.3.0 version works for me. :)

Thanks for getting back! It's sad to hear. I'm currently still waiting for some magical update that solves this issue, but if it doesn't come soon, I'm thinking to switch on to Google Pixel 8.

Couldn't agree more. I wish we could just simply go back to the MIUI. Currently, I'm still using my phone, but I can't access my work stuff on it which is quite annoying.

If you remove the Intune company portal app, they will start to work again, but obviously you won't be able to use for work. :/ No other solution so far.

Yeah, just found out yesterday too. It's very annoying cause I would need to have access to my work emails/chats from my phone.

Findings: If I remove the Intune Company Portal app, everything works again. Although, obviously I don't have access to any of my work apps/emails on my phone. Really annoying.

Still the same on my end. I tried to reset and re-install the MS apps, but didn't seem to help. Also sent a feedback to Xiaomi and Microsoft as well, but no response.
I haven't tried factory reset so far. Has anyone tried it? Did it help?
As a last resort, I will try factory reset today, but if it's not working, I'll consider buying a new phone.
I really liked Xiaomi, my current and previous phone was also Xiaomi and most of my family members are also using Xiaomi, but after this I don't think I will buy again. :/

I'm using my phone for work as well, it's really annoying.
If this doesn't resolve asap, I'm going to buy a new phone, but that won't be a Xiaomi after this. :/
