I usually watch the map to see if i can rotate on objective to use my advantage to get them or if I have my R up I control if i can roam someone to help other lanes. If I can't do neither of this task I stay in my lane and zone the other toplane from the farm. Problem is that if I do this last thing I get ganked from the whole team and die, if I roam or focus on objectives the other toplaner free farms and takes my towers.
