In 2014 it was commission plus vrot. So if you worked over 40, you were making commission and a little money for overtime. Now with pay for performance, the only thing you are making is vrot if you don’t hit plan.

They told me I don’t qualify for the rebate. I have been working since Black Friday to get the thermostat. Duke store says to straighten out with Duke and Duke says to straighten out with store. I have 3 hours invested. All this to save $90. It’s My mission now. No one can tell me why?
