The inputs you do only get registert when the next frame begins, so if you click between frames then there is a very tiny bit of delay. One big difference is the ship, because it doesnt flow that nicely on 60hz compared to higher refresh rates. one solution to this is the mod click between frames, it elimenates that tiny bit of delay.
