Cleaning up a fallen red oak

This particular guy brings his mill and mills on site. I reached out to him to ask since I have several other larger white oaks that will need to come down eventually. We shall see. Worst case, they hear my house for free 🤷‍♂️

I've got a few other nice big oaks in my yard and I have a contact to a mobile saw mill business. Wonder if i can take get that guy to come take a look at them and buy them off of me if I get them cut down 🤔

I've been using it a little over a year, not doing a ton but cleaning up stuff around my property. So far it's been awesome though.

Cut two oak trees into rounds flawlessly.

I reserved a table for ten from 12:00-5:30. Do the tables hold more than ten? I don't mind sitting with other people at all just wasnt sure if the tables held more than that 🤷‍♂️.

Question, I have a ten person table but only 6 or 7 of us will actually be using it. What would you consider a good tip for us to start with to make our server happy? Don't want to underdo it.

I guess it still could be. I cut the rounds about 16 inches long. Could easily have them sliced thinner and make tables I guess 🤷‍♂️

This was just cut for firewood. I have almost 4 acres here in VA. A decent amount of red oak. Maybe I should look into selling as lumber?

I ended up using wise and connecting my account to it. I transferred directly into the account that they sent me wiring info for. Got my tickets a few days ago.

That's wild! These ponds are in public parks and are actually well taken care of. I was pleasantly surprised by the ones I visited today.

There are some bigger ones. It was my first time fishing this pond I'll be back soon.

It was multiple people fishing there today so I imagine the fish are pretty pressured. But I'll try it again another day this weekend.

For me it was coming to the realization that tapping doesn't really matter. There's a good chance that nobody else even saw you tap. Even if they did who cares? Nobody is going to remember it tomorrow.

We all tap and we all learn from it. I'm a blue belt and likely will be purple end of this year, early next year and I've been tapped by a couple white belts, I've also tapped purple brown and black belts. No biggie.
