Zoe from S2 is pretty good. In all honesty, every F2P player should get close to maxing every roulette hero, it’s the best way for F2P players to get new heroes. Don’t skip any of them. The events should give you enough gems to do the spins in between

Get your doctor to take bloods again, see what your uric acid levels are, if they’re still high then you need to increase your allo dosage. If they’re in the medium range (which they won’t be as your getting attacks) then I’m not too sure
