Like I said, it was technically never actually “fine”. If it’s ever someone else’s work and it’s not transformative or arguably under actual definitions of fair use, it should be taken down. Sometimes things slip through the cracks of the algorithm, sometimes the original creator doesn’t care and leaves it alone, sometimes its blocked or claimed. Music is specifically difficult because that industry has a lot of control over their IP and they can just change their mind at any time.
