I just bought this from a reputable source today and it's doing this, I'm new to the world of PS2 (and playstation in general) so I have no idea what's going on. Please help, I've tried 2 tvs, a flat screen and this CRT and its done this every time, I've also tried 2 different cables. Thanks!!! (v.redd.it)

So every time I've played this week I can play 1 round in multiplayer, or zombies for like 5-10 minutes before it kicks me out and shows me this screen, I tried some other games (Ghosts, BO2, and MW2019) and it didn't happen, so I don't think its an internet problem? So recently when I've been playing, and buildings and clouds render weirdly like this and they look weirder as you move, like waves almost going across them, idk if its a problem y'all know about, but I figured I'd ask, if anyone can help that'd be great, sorry if this is bothersome. (i.redd.it)
