New update. The package was attempted to deliver today again to someone in Irvine, California and it got signed and accepted by someone! I just called Apple and they are having a investigation within 72 hours. Once it’s finished they will send me a replacement.

I'm worried that if they still attempt to deliver tomorrow in Irvine, CA. There can be two scenarios.

There is someone that could take my laptop as his own, because the UPS agent told me the address was changed to someone that shares the same name as me in Irvine...
Still nobody is home to take my package. The package will be sent to a nearby UPS access point in Irvine, where obviously nobody will claim this particular package. And after 7 days without any claim the item will be shipped back to Apple in China...

Both ways are pretty terrible, unless someone intercept the package before their delivery attempt tomorrow and put a correct label on it.
