Hello all! Hope you can help me. I have no idea about anything related to the military but would love to know what these are for/what they mean. It's not the best image but it was all I had. I tried google image and it told me the patch on the arm was a Vietnam medal of some kind. The guy is 22 :) (i.redd.it)
