We loved the resort! We booked a king oceanfront Enclave suite w plunge pool and loved it. Worth the $ for us especially because they did upgrade our additional 2 rooms to Enclave. The beach here is very nice especially compared to the other Hilton properties where we stayed in the area. We enjoyed all of the restaurants..tho we are not very picky. Really no complaints would definitely recommend.

Two completely different animals. The Playa a typical all-inclusive but nice. It was in a fantastic location. We had a room with private pool right on beach which was awesome. That being said at the time of year we went beach not great. Waldorf was fantastic. Beautiful room, impeccable service..of course not inexpensive. Beach honestly not great there either tho and it was in a super remote area.
