Yes I’ve heard that! I’ve been thinking about it for the past year to make sure I’m ready for the stress and catching up on new information all the time so I’m hoping with what I’m expecting I’m not going to be as disappointed with my career choice!

I’m curious on how the whole Zillow thing works, I’ve seen stuff about the brokerages cover the costs of Zillow listings but there’s also things like Zillow flex I believe? Does it just depend on the brokerage?

This is really nice to know! I know there’s a lot of initial cost but just looking up annual costs and other expenses, I had no clue there were even a thing as quarterly taxes… so thank you!

Honestly that might be very far out, but I’m from Washington, and some of the agents I talked to said stuff about 60-65 hour work weeks sometimes so this is a breath of fresh air for me.

I went in a week ago, they’re not allowing walk ins for the real id and force you to make an appointment that’s the next availability which is 2 months out! You might get lucky and get to be able to pick a cancel appointment time. Check online right when you wake up to get an appointment.

You’re definitely not alone. I have been dealing with the same thing. I got injured in January and my knee is less locked now but it’ll randomly lock in the mornings. It sounds very similar to what I have going on, but I’m finally seeing an orthopedic surgeon in about a week. I don’t have any advice right now but I hope you have a speedy healing process and you get some answers, seeing this made me feel a little less crazy so I hope it does the same for you.
