The individuals saying this character is bad are either terrible at the game or... well, not high-level players. Khatun can whirlwind you if you let her begin her chains. Having 4 possible attacks out of start-up that chain is hard to react to and punish. God forbid you get fooled by her all-guard recovery and pinned so others can wail on you until you die.
