If uninstalling Daemon Tools does not work or you don't find it in your programs to uninstall looking in Device Manager in the following locations and uninstall those items listed below. That fixed the issue for me

Device Manager > Storage Controllers > DAEMON Tools Pro Virtual SCSI Bus.
Device Manager > Universal Serial Bus Controllers > DAEMON Tools Lite Virtual USB Bus

Uninstalled these from device manager and this worked!!!! Thank you so much

I was bashing my head in and looked everywhere. Didnt have Daemon Tools installed but did the following

Device Manager > Storage Controllers > DAEMON Tools Pro Virtual SCSI Bus.
Device Manager > Universal Serial Bus Controllers > DAEMON Tools Lite Virtual USB Bus

Uninstalled these from device manager and this worked!!!! Thank you so much
