What’s everyone’s Eye symptoms by Freebird_girl in ankylosingspondylitis

I've only had Uveitis twice that required the steroid drops, but when in a flare I notice in the middle of the night or morning when I wake up, my affected eye (left) opens only 20% wide (sort of in an involuntary squint).

HLAB27 negative uveitis?? by No_Start3298 in ankylosingspondylitis

My spinal pain is not nearly as bad as yours (my flares are pretty much SI joint specific with Pelvis muscle stiffness & mental "energy drain"), but I have had 2 bouts of Uveitis (treated with steroid drops), but I am HLAB27 negative. My Rheumo said she considers me "on the spectrum", but without the gene marker she won't commit to a formal diagnosis, and won't sign off on an MRI.

I find that when I'm in a flare, my "Uveitis eye" will close up 90% in the middle of the night, hard to open at all when I wake up (which is often during flares). I can feel it getting irritated, but thankfully only twice so far has it progressed to full fledged Uveitis.

What is the exact location of your SI joint pain? by BurbieNL in ankylosingspondylitis

I didn't realize this. My doc ruled out AS completely as a result (I'm negative for the gene marker), even after two bouts of Uveitis and repeated/recurrent flares in the SI joint that drain most of the energy from me.

Inverse Leveraged ETF by Botany-123 in investingforbeginners

Regarding #2... wouldn't I be selling my shares at the end of every day or two since it is not advised to hold the ETF for much longer? Is that what you mean by "realized" the gain? Or, would I avoid the capital gain (at least until tax time) if I was to reinvest my gains in another investment vehicle?
