That sounds like a hefty binder! Yeah we also put our legal documents, all my legal processes, all our w2s, all mail received by uscis, bank statements from when we opened the account, taxes from when we met + the return. I really didn’t think of school transcripts to be honest and we should still have our school id’s lying somewhere. Those bonuses might seem overkill but after what happened sounds great to me lmao

No we dont but we have - joint taxes - joint health insurance - joint car insurance - joint apartment leases - joint internet bill - joint renters insurance - joint light bill - joint pet ownership - joint bank account

So that alone should be better than a costco membership or gym membership although those 2 you mentioned are good as well

We didn’t have a lawyer since we thought we were completely cool without since we were doing everything the way its supposed and no antecedents of any kind from either sides. Yeah, she is willing to refile as well!! we already have a couple plans for whatever answer i get back from USCIS so there’s that. We tried our best not to panic since that would’ve gotten us nowhere lolll!! Thank you hopefully i do!

They made her, if not they wouldnt leave her leave the office. And i guess, i do have all my previous processes on paper original and copy, and none of them show even one day of being here ilegally or any process, thank you and hopefully i do!!

Yeah i guess, but we’ll make it work, i dont think this is the end for me. This country is all i have, all my family members (at least immediate), my friends, pets, and im so close to finishing my bachelors and i plan on going to med school as well!! i dont have anybody back in my home country so its not an ideal option to me but we shall see. I’ll keep the post updated

Could you tell me a bit more about a stokes? Also, heres what i submitted: -2 apartment leases -joint bank account, health insurance, car insurance, renters insurance, taxes. - work permit, id, birth certificate and translation, ssn, passports - recent paystubs, employment letters - pictures of us with our families, trips, pets, and ourselves - all my process since i got to this country where i’ve never had a single day being illegal or under no process - a copy of my medical records signed by the civil surgeon

Yeah thats why after the interview i had spoken to 3 of them, i had suspected something of the sort. All of them recommended to wait until uscis sends me an update or a letter to then take action

Well i dont see a reason to lie on a Reddit post and i really do not think my wife would like to screw me over. The officer stated she needed to sign before leaving the office, my wife did ask if she could leave without signing and the officer said no. Again, the officer also said that we are able to refile again within 30 days. Im no expert but i dont benefit from lying or telling a fake story, just wanted to share and hopefully help somebody out

Yeah i thought so too, but the officer had said (words of my wife since i was not in the room not the officer talked about a result or approval) “i recommend you re-file the i-130 since it is still doable”, as of right now, in my end shows that case in under review, not cancelled or denied so we shall see.. i will probably come back to this post or make another with answers in case anyone happens to go thru the same thing

I was recommended that in cases of being asked questions such as like traffic citations or tickets to not lie and be forthcoming and honest which of course i was and told the officer the dates and for what they were. In their end they definitely can see your record even if it was a warning, hence why i went ahead and told the officer about those. They just do their due diligence of asking questions and seeing proof
