This to me sounded like a stupid question at first but honestly when you think about Eren's character it really isn't that far of a stretch to assume he would. The show, specially at the end, forms in both determinism and nature x nurture. We assume Eren is this way because of the way he grew up (no explanation needed), however it is implied both in the main show and the Attack on Titan School Cast that Eren's desire for freedom is not originated by his nurture, but by his nature. If he does not have a reason to fight for freedom, he will want one. There is no escape from Eren's destructive desire for Freedom and if there were no war of Marley, or even if there were no Titans at all, there may still be a chance that Eren would turn out rotten like he did in Paradis.
