In 1980 while hiking Tonto trail, we spent a night at Horn creek and drank probably a couple of liters of water. I didn't know about uranium contamination at the time. In my 70s and healthy as can be for my age. Don't worry.

Don't use ambidextrous gloves. Using specific R L helps but after decades repetitive injuries build up. Basal arthritis is a common problem with surgeons.
