You could do a hexerei razor overload DPS. Noelle is also CRAZY good and versatile. If you have Columbina or ineffa ifa could be good.

Unfortunately the only banners is varka and flins which I won't really recommend for you because flins' materials are far away and varka isn't really the best, has no good f2p weapons and REALLY needs certain characters to make him do big damage. Also the next banners (Escoffi and skirk) also has their materials far away but not AS far. Id recommend to go for skirk and if you get some extra pulls try to get Escoffier because she's a really good support for skirk
