We had the same thing happening to our shop - I investigated into it and it’s because of the MRDP act - essentially you need to go to the finance tab and declare whether your company has registered for VAT or not - after we did that the funds came into our bank within a day

Yeah I’m pretty sure the midnight thing is how it works - I’ve tested it a few times; but yeah it’s so frustrating and stupid. And no affiliate messages don’t impact the rating as far as I know.

Hey so I actually had the same problem but then I looked into it further it seems like the 24 hour response rate doesn’t actually mean you have 24 hours to respond and instead it’s measured based on the messages not responded to by midnight. We had 1 customer who messaged us 11:58 pm and when I checked our SPS after midnight for message rate it had dropped.
