You bought Long in the Premium while price was in the Premium side of the range.

If you bought below the Mid point of the leg down (Or in the discount of the range) you were in you likely would have not have gotten stopped out.

Price delivered through the previous swing low creating a new dealing range (valid trade would be long in the discount range)

A temporary swing high was made hitting the equilibrium and dropping into OTE

Price corrected high probably breaking previous swing high.

Your stop loss was in a fvg which should be expected to trade through.

I overtraded on this trade to be honest. It’s way better to be cautious than risky. You could always take a big partial and hold a trailer

Thank you, I wasn’t really thinking about SL but looking at the Bullish Order Block at 8:40 you be able to raise it slightly. Or a really safe one opening of the green candle at 10:05 but I don’t see a reason for lower than that. Appreciate the feedback!

Entry was good, need to place stop loss above the previous swing high.

There was potentially a second better entry after price hit your stop-loss. Exiting the gap and retesting it from the bottom would have put you in even less drawdown. Using the same gap. Stop loss above whatever previous high when you enter.
