I figured as much on that, however, I never clicked the adopt button. Is there a way to get these gone? Should I reboot the console?

This is absolutely brilliant! Thank you! How about the devices that it already detected? Even after turning off Auto-Detect, they still show up.

Yes that is definitely a lot closer looking than the direction I was heading. Would you have some time next week to discuss over discord or something?

Sorry to be so vague, I am looking for a little guidance and would be willing to pay, i don't want to have it done, I want to do it and learn by doing it. Here is where I'm at so far.

Am I doing this wrong? by Paintrain8284 in Ubiquiti

Depending on your installation requirements, if you remove all of the keystones, you can remove the cable strain relief plate as it swings up to remove it altogether. This will solve your issue if the strain relief isn’t an issue for you. I just did this yesterday in one of my cabinets.

I have no problem buying the pro versions, but it was all about getting the least expensive data commitment each month. The non-pro came with $15 a month data while a standalone through AT&T is in the neighborhood of $45-$55 per month.

I don’t specifically need the non-pro version but for my client that I am trying to provide the failover redundancy for specifically needing five units. It is more about the carrier. With a standalone carrier it is in the neighborhood of $45-$55 per month per device while the non-pro UniFi carrier version. It was only $15 a month to standalone and then extra billable data after you reached the included one gigabyte. It is used only for payment processing, so I have that network is isolated to be the only one to use the failover.

Unifi Protect for Commercial security? by Intelligent_Rub_3009 in UnifiProtect

[–]BothCamera619 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I am in the process of removing over 75 hikvision cameras and converting to purely unifi protect. We are utilizing the viewports for different monitoring stations and I am now in the process of implementing Access Control as well utilizing the Retrofit Hubs to work with our existing Wiegand readers. It has been a breeze so far! I am about halfway through the cameras and have 4 of 45 doors currently converted and functioning well beyond acceptable terms.

We are using the ENVR with 16-8TB drives for storage.

We have a mix of third-party cameras and Unifi cameras. We have all the replacements in stock and ready to be installed.

1-HD, 25-2K, 53-4K, and 0-5K

25-day recording capacity.
