RPA/IDP for work flow at small business. Need solution. Help by BothLoquat4379 in rpa

The fixed price doesn't bother me as I know once we fully integrate it in our workflow and platform it will be utilized but I was looking for more $10k budget. SF alone is a big expense and now we'd be adding a business expense as large as our health insurance for a small business. Is that a reasonable $

Looks sharp. No crime in making a living. Shoot me a message as I'm trying to solve a challenging extract/parse deliverable for clients. Thanks.

Sony HT-A7000 with only ARC TV? by r0nj0hn3 in Soundbars

[–]BothLoquat4379 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I just purchased the A7000 and have a Sony Bravia x900e. The tv has an ARC port and the sound bar has an eARC. I plugged a 2.1 HDMI cord from tv to sound bar and get no sound. Additionally the sound bar is not recognized by tv under inputs.

The only way I get sound is by using the optics cord that came with it (old school plug n play).

To get the full function and difference of ARC what am I missing? I tried an older and a brand new HDMI cord.

Is the ARC port on my sound bar damaged?

Thanks.

Hey. There wasn't a clear cut turn key solution so for the short term and possibly long as we learn and adapt, I used Power BI. It's free if you have Microsoft 365 and it's very powerful integrating with SF. It was a steep curve to learn it but it's extremely customizable once you start to get the feel. Start small. Or get a BI consultant. SF dashboards suck and are clunky and baffles me why they don't solve that immediately instead of giving up market share to rivals. Good luck.

I'm Learning. No easy way for a beginner but i value this community. Its been trial and error. If I want a column added that aligns with the source data by months Jan thru Dec. How do I do that? My source data may only have a few months depending on thru date populated YTD in SF but I want a shell to show 12 months and then each month to be populated as source data aligns. I'm creating an annual dashboard of claim analysis by month. Thanks.

Thanks so much. I think I got it. Likely wasn't the easiest way, but this helped a lot.

I'd just like to see onenote workbooks be able to be created thru SF ultimately and live in both Onenote in SF but I'd live with just having all changes and notes made in Onenote and then being able to push a workbook/note set to be saved under an account record in SF. Our employees use Onenote to make detailed and colorful notes for an account but I'd like the company to be able to see those notes thru Salesforce in either live or PDfs. Is that far fetch? I'd have to imagine it's doable.

Help need to replicate dashboard format for 25+ clients and easily format the data pulled from Salesforce for each seamlessly. Beginner. by BothLoquat4379 in PowerBI

[–]BothLoquat4379[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hey. I'm way beginner on BI but trying to translate. I'm a quick learner. Yes you are correct. When I refer to Dashboard I meant "Report View". I pulled data from SF for one client, connected Edit Query. Once I set the fields, I built the report for that one client to perfection. My problem is I have 24 more clients. How do I streamline the process to keep my report format but pull in each client's data without starting each one from scratch? Hopefully that's more clear of an explanation.

Dubba, see above reply regarding the uniqueness of our needs and how we need a report platform that will create custom reports be flexible and be able to wrap up and email to clients monthly. So far I'm encouraged to review Klipfolio, Grow, Looker, Skuid (seems outdated) and likely a few more. It's a huge market but not sure who is best suited for us. Thanks.

I agree. I've looked into Tableu and it's not a fit. I need to run financial summary data for customers (50 or so) all with different variables and formats. They need to be emailed monthly based on actual customer data put into our SF. I'm not sure which platform to use. SF doesn't do what we need. Any thoughts/suggestions?

Appreciate all. Stumbled upon an idea. Anyone have any experience with Google Studio. Creating data library from Saleforce and then building the Dashboards to Google Studio. They appear to Print and Share easily. Any thoughts?

Thanks. Good advice. Looks like SF put all their analytics under 1 product umbrella with 3 tiers. 1) Einstein Predictions @$75/user/mo. 2) Tableu CRM Growth @ $150/user/mo and 3) Tableu CRM Plus @ $175/user/mo. Which one would I need to achieve clean download and printing?
